HOSTEL
The Kalavati Gupta
Hostel, named after a former Principal, was inaugurated in 1952. It provides
comfortable and safe lodgings, in picturesque surroundings, for about 200
outstation students. The hostel is equipped with a spacious and well-furnished
visitors' room, a students' common room with facilities for table-tennis, other
indoor games, and a state-of-the-art entertainment unit.
The newly built Indraprastha
Hostel across the road provides additional accommodation for 166 students in
well-appointed 2-seater rooms. Thirty seats in this hostel are reserved for
students from the North-Eastern states.
Students in both hostels will be in the care
of the hostel superintendents and wardens who are resident on campus and
accessible at all times.
Note: The Kalavati Gupta Hostel will only entertain
applications from students from outside
The
Indraprastha Hostel will also consider applications
from students from NCR/NCT.
